As well as our adrenaline fueled outdoor activities, there are also plenty of opportunities to experience the natural environment by learning about local wildlife and plant life.
Offering 18+ fun and adrenaline-fuelled outdoor activities, and fantastic conference facilities for school residential visits, faith conferences and events, training courses, fellowship weekends, youth conferences, special needs groups and camps.
We have 318 Beds – 7 en-suite secure and separate accommodation wings.
We can host a 12 minimum group size and a 318 maximum group size. With 6 conference/ event rooms and on-site parking spaces.

With over 18 different indoor and outdoor activities there’s plenty of opportunity to learn new skills, conquer fears and have plenty of fun! We have a variety of activities including raft building, climbing, zip wire, abseiling, indoor caving and archery. Our activity sessions are designed to achieve targets outside the classroom and successfully develop new life skills.
Situated in stunning countryside in the Severn Valley on the edge of the Wyre Forest, we are within easy reach of Birmingham and the national motorway network. Pioneer’s unique location provides the ideal backdrop for fun, adventure and comfort.
