At the end of a long day, it’s nice to get your bodies moving and unwind with our energetic disco session. You can request you favourite songs or simply enjoy our various uplifting tunes. This session can be a fantastic way to promote bonding in your group. Our instructors are happy to run musical themed games such as musical statues or musical chairs if requested, or let you dance the night away with a variety of modern and high energy jams.
