Youth Event
Available to book: All year round
If you are looking for a place to hold your youth event, look no further. This is the package for you! We include full board accommodation PLUS the option to add activities. Groups of 50 or more are entitled to a complimentary venue room in line with the size of your group. You will be able to book a complimentary 90 minute session in our sports hall for your own activity*. This package is available over weekends and weekdays as a 2 or 4 night stay for a minimum of 24 guests.
What is included

- Full Board, first meal will be dinner on arrival day, through to lunch on departure day
- Multi bedded en-suite accommodation in private and secure lodge, with meeting lounge and small kitchenette

- 1 free leader place for every 14 paying places
- Minimum booking of 24 guests
*Inflatables may not be available where free sports hall use is required. Additional cost will apply for both sports hall and inflatables. Subject to availability. Not available during Action Plus programs.

Christmas
Available to book: December
During December, we offer something extra special for all our groups. The Pioneer Centre takes a festive twist. Our main reception festively decorated, and our 12 feet tall Christmas tree will enhance your Christmas visit. The package includes festive themed meals, en-suite accommodation with lodge lounge decorations and a full Christmas dinner on the last night of your visit. Winter is a fantastic time to book with is and make the most of our extra value prices.
Please note the centre will be highly decorated in Christmas themes during this period, it is not possible to remove decorations.

Adventure Weekend
Available to book: All year round
Is your youth group looking for an adventurous weekend? Or even a fun two nights midweek stay? The Adventure Program will work perfectly in conjunction with your own exciting program and includes full board accommodation, from dinner on arrival night through to lunch before departure. We include 2 assorted activities and one group-led evening activity and can provide further options where availability allows.
What is included
- Two night residential (Monday to Wednesday, Wednesday to Friday or Friday to Sunday)
- Arrival Time 4.00pm
- Full Board, with the first meal will be dinner on arrival day, through to lunch on departure day
- Multi bedded en-suite accommodation in private and secure lodge, with meeting lounge and small kitchenette
- 2 activities on 1 day across the 3 days stay
- 1 free leaders place for every 14 paying young people
- Minimum age is 8 years old (School Year 3)
